Recent Projects

My career has spanned multi-stakeholder local authority led and wider public sector programmes, rapid delivery of high priority innovative projects, supporting community energy initiatives, and enabling dialogue between place leaders and institutional investors — giving me a perspective that's rare in this sector.

I support community energy groups responding to the positive opportunities created by the Local Power Plan. This includes advisory support provided to Community Power Solutions on a strategy to expand delivery of community owned wind turbines.

The ground breaking Mission Net Zero project (Feb 2024 – April 2026) was led by Bristol City Council and sponsored by Innovate UK as part of the Net Zero Living programme. Place-based Impact Investing — The Good Economy

With The Good Economy and the Association of South East Local Authorities (Dec 2022 – Feb 2024) I worked to bring place leaders and institutional investors together to explore opportunities for place-based impact investment in low carbon energy infrastructure and housing retrofit.

As Project Manager on the Innovate UK funded GreenSCIES initiative (Feb 2022 – Dec 2022) I supported a consortium including Islington Council, London South Bank University, E.ON and others. We commissioned multiple specialist inputs including engineers, architects, surveyors, modellers, and legal and commercial advisors as part of the Green Heat Network Fund process.
